Celanese is looking for a Production Leader to drive flawless daily execution across our 24/7 and Core teams. In this role, you'll help translate unit strategy into action, strengthen team engagement, and ensure resources, priorities, and performance are aligned to SQRE (Safety, Quality, Reliability and Engagement) objectives. Ensure resources, raw materials, supplies, and technology are available to support production. Coordinate daily operations to support Safety, Quality, Reliability and Engagement (SQRE) goals. Partner with Learning Facilitators, Stewardship Leaders, Asset Leaders, and Technology Leaders to remove barriers and develop the team.
