As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will execute logistics and warehouse activities for raw materials and finished products by road transportation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of raw materials as well as finished products to and from external warehouses. You will be responsible for day to day SAP transactions in addition to resolving any off-loading issues, equipment challenges or other issues impacting raw material deliveries or accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Execute logistics and warehouse activities for raw materials and finished products.
- Check raw materials in quality inspection and release them as per COA.
- Prepare customs paperwork and request export clearance from the broker.
- Perform GR for tanker off-loading.
- Do stock count on packaging materials.
- Check MES Active Confirmation Errors.
- Help with off-loading trucks (in case it is needed).
- Replenish raw materials in staging areas.
- Rip & tip raw materials and finished product.
- Correct raw material consumption errors on process orders.
- Month end close activities (process order GI / GR mismatch correction, stock count, etc).
- Raw material replenishment from external warehouse.
Qualifications
- SAP SD module knowledge (SAP WM module is a nice to have).
- Basic knowledge and understanding of export / import customs clearance.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) knowledge.
- Forklift truck driving experience.
