Job Overview
This is a new start up business that will open in the next few months selling primarily Pokémon cards. Please send CV and preferably a photo.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. Experience is not mandatory but motivation and common sense is essential
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
