Due to continued growth we are expanding our Personal Injury department and are looking for an experienced solicitor to join our dynamic team. The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to work closely with the Director of Personal Injury while managing their own caseload independently.
Responsibilities
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Employer's Liability (EL)
- Public Liability (PL)
- Occupiers' Liability (OL)
- High-value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims (£25,000+)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE Personal Injury litigation (not just in RTA)
- Strong experience managing your own caseload independently
- Experience handling higher value and more complex claims
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Litigation experience in County and High Court
- A proactive and driven approach
