We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in Liverpool. Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and case files related to personal injury claims.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files in accordance with legal standards.
- Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the organisation of case meetings and hearings.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
