The role involves providing administrative support to the Litigation team in personal injury and general litigation. The position will be trained to handle case progression tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
  • Prepare materials for ongoing case progression.
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls, take messages, and welcome visitors.
  • Liaise with clients, visitors, and other contacts via email, telephone, and in person as required.
  • Assist colleagues with various duties, including out-of-office errands such as posting documents, banking, and delivering court papers.
  • Prepare, send, and receive correspondence.
  • File, photocopy, scan, and maintain accurate records of documents.
  • Transcribe dictation and perform general typing tasks.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and the Proclaim case management system for daily tasks.
  • Assist the team with daily work to support case management.
  • Undertake other duties as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
