Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Care at Home Carer to assist clients with their daily living activities in the comfort of their homes. As a Care at Home Carer, you will provide a variety of essential services, ensuring the well‑being and independence of those in need of assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Help with mobility and transfer (getting in and out of bed, wheelchair assistance)
- Administer medication, as per the care plan
- Prepare and assist with meals
- Assist with light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with errands and social activities
- Keep detailed records of care provided and report any changes in condition
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, empathetic, and patient individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
