Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Telford for a Quality Compliance Engineer. The Quality Compliance Engineer will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, performance and continuous improvement of Project and Operational Quality Management and Control. The role is split across two inherently linked processes to provide Quality assurance through our manufacturing supply partners, working with both suppliers and customers to ensure parts are suitable for process, conducting quality functions (8D, 5 Why analysis, completion of CARs) and Quality compliance through the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 management systems.
Qualifications:
- Practicing knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Lead/Internal Auditor in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 NCR generation and management.
- Proficient in quality methodology such as RCA, 5 WHY & Fishbone.
- HNC Minimum in engineering related field (preferably mechanical).
- Experience of “hands on” engineering roles to understand processes such as Fabrication, injection molding and Aluminium casting.
- Ability to read and understand Technical drawings including GD&T.
- Strong proficiency in inspection techniques, gaging, and test equipment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
