Job description
- Technical & Agile Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and Agile scaling frameworks.
- Experience with Agile transformation programs in large enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of Dev Ops, CI/CD, and product delivery practices.
- Coaching & Leadership Skills
- Strong mentoring, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence leaders and teams at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change.

- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, ICP-ENT)
