Skills
- Fortinet NSE4 certification and strong hands‐on experience of FortiGate firewalls, FortiAnalyser and FortiManager
- Solid grasp of firewall architecture
- Demonstrable experience in crafting and owning both High Level Design and Low Level Design documentation
- Good understanding of configuring firewall policies, address objects, NAT, Interfaces, Zones, Dynamic Routing (BGP), logging
- Good understanding of routing and switching especially of Nokia SROS devices (e.g. 7750) would be advantageous, else Cisco (CCNA/CCNP); MPLS
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM (or other load balancing) and Mobile 5G technologies
- Ability to apply Open-config and Vendor specific NETCONF-YANG models, JSON and XML payload for network automation to configure and manage firewalls
- Knowledge of Python and GIT to manage configuration templates and develop Automation solutions
