Hello, Role – Devops Engineer Duration – 12 Months Location – Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 7HH, Scotland (Hybrid/2 days a week) Skills: The main function of a Senior Engineer is to perform a wide variety of installation, configuration, development and upgrading of services within our Contact technologies platform. These include systems such as Genesys Pure Engage, Kana Response, Filenet and some bespoke inhouse systems Knowledge of Databases, elasticsearch, kibana, logstash, Grafana and Beats would be desirable. Proven track record as an engineer with experience in the Contact Centre industry would be advantageous Development experience in PHP, ASP, Oracle SQL and Javascript would be desirable.
