We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Veeva Vault implementations and Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead critical regulatory, quality, and compliance-focused initiatives for a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Veeva Vault implementation programs and project deliveries.
- Manage multiple workstreams, vendors, SI partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Gx P, 21 CFR Part 11, and Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, quality, and regulatory functions.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 8-12 years of Project/Program Management experience.
- 4-5+ years managing Veeva Vault implementations (RIM, Quality Docs, Promo Mats, e TMF, CTMS).
- Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences commercial, regulatory, or quality programs.
- Strong understanding of Gx P, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and Validation Lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-vendor and multi-workstream projects.
- Expertise with MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Planview, Power BI, and Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe Certification. xgikmsk
- Veeva Vault Administrator or Business Admin Certification.
