Our client near St Ives is looking to recruit 2 Sales Executives on a full-time permanent basis. This is due to continued growth and a record year in sales. The role involves dealing with inbound as well as making outbound calls, but the outbound calls are to existing or lapsed clients, so it isn't a cold calling role.

When dealing with existing customers, it is about building relationships and maximising sales to existing clients by offering additional products/services over the phone. So in a nutshell, it is a sales role.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least worked in a sales environment (not call centre or retail) and you will be able to demonstrate this at interview. A commission structure is available but only after a successful probation period. The salary is £29,000 base plus commission.

The company offers a great working environment plus a rural location, so you must have your own transport as there are no local bus services suitable. The role is 37 hours a week with a slightly earlier finish on a Friday.
