We're CegedimRx, one of the UK's premier developers of pharmacy software solutions, with a new range of products and data services that allow pharmacy clients to provide a wide range of cloudâbased clinical services. We're currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to grow our market share in and around London and the South East, a mix of remote and faceâtoâface meetings and demonstrations, both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through the proactive generation of new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and deliver compelling, highâquality commercial proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends to inform product and service development.
- Foster strong, longâterm customer relationships to maximise satisfaction, retention, and future revenue potential.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance market presence and build networks.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries (desirable).
- Proven track record of businessâtoâbusiness sales.
- Experience pitching and winning business at the pharmacy owner level.
- Strong decisionâmaking, problemâsolving, and innovative approach.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with commercial awareness.
