This role will help build:

You will work closely with leadership to translate strategy into capability building. Your focus will be to:

  • Build scalable approaches to capability development and reskilling
  • Establish mechanisms for real-time talent deployment and internal mobility
  • Strengthen Cegal’s ability to develop critical capabilities internally
  • Harness AI and technology to automate data collection and visualization
  • Bring modern talent practices from leading organizations and adapt them to Cegal’s context

You likely have a solid academic foundation and experience from a professional environment where talent is treated as a strategic asset.
