We are looking for a Manager, Talent Architecture & Capability Building to shape the next generation of Cegal’s talent capabilities. This is not a traditional talent or HR role! It is a strategic impact role for someone who has seen what great talent systems look like in leading organizations and can implement them in a fast‑growing technology company.

The Mission

Over the next few years, we aim to significantly strengthen our global talent capabilities. This role will help build:

  • Harness AI and technology to automate data collection and visualization

Who you are

You likely have a solid academic foundation and experience from a professional environment where talent is treated as a strategic asset. You may have worked in talent development, role architecture, capability building and deployment, or leadership development and are now ready to take ownership of a broader talent agenda. Typical backgrounds may include:
