About the Role:
Looking to build a career at the intersection of finance and technology? We’re looking for an Associate Finance Systems Analyst to join our Finance IT team and support both day-to-day operations and exciting transformation projects across our Finance System ecosystem - including implementing and enhancing Workday Financials across our various regions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting finance systems across functional areas - AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Consolidations, Tax, Treasury, Security and Reporting
- Contributing to process improvements and technical enhancements
- Responding to help desk queries, troubleshooting issues, and managing incidents via Jira
- Supporting users with training, documentation, and day-to-day queries
- Assisting with system testing, upgrades, and deployment of new features
- Supporting ongoing month/year-end activities
- Helping to document processes, procedures, and technical guides
What we are looking for:
- Experience using Finance systems like Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, D365 etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable with technology and keen to learn
- Organised and methodical approach to problem solving
- A proactive attitude and ability to work well with others
It would be great if you also have:
- Commercial experience working in a finance function
- Experience with ERP systems and implementations
- Solid Excel and Word skills
This role is based in our modern Durham - Janet Nash House or Kenilworth - Georgina Mackie House offices. We operate a hybrid model, but you’ll be expected to be in the office more often than not - typically 3 days per week on site, with flexibility around business needs. Travel to other business sites may also be required.
