We’re looking for a commercially minded Account Director (Brand Partner internally) to take a leading role within our growing client portfolio.
This is a great position for a strategic thinker who can drive growth and retention across a portfolio of accounts, raise the standard of our output, and play an active role in new business.
You’ll lead omni-channel accounts end to end, from budgets and commercials through to creative and strategic delivery, while developing junior talent around you.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, owning the client relationship at Brand Partner level and building long‑term, trusted partnerships.
- Lead strategic planning and omni‑channel account development across social, content, paid, and digital channels.
- Oversee smooth campaign delivery in close collaboration with Heads of Department and cross‑functional delivery teams (social, performance, strategy, content)
- Champion the client’s business objectives internally, ensuring all output is aligned to their goals and delivers measurable impact.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts, acting decisively to protect and grow client relationships.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic brand partnerships that amplify client campaigns and deliver incremental value.
- Support in the development and subsequent ownership of our network of influencer & creator talent.
- Oversee supplier relationships including production partners, platform vendors, and third‑party agencies, ensuring quality, value, and alignment with client objectives.
- Negotiate partnership and influencer agreements, managing commercial terms, deliverables, and timelines with precision.
- Evaluate partnership and influencer performance using data‑driven insights, continuously optimising the approach to maximise ROI.
- Ensure all partnerships and influencer activity is compliant with relevant advertising standards and platform guidelines.
- Lead the development of integrated digital strategies that drive client growth and deliver real results.
- Contribute to senior strategic conversations, bringing a point of view on platform trends, audience behaviour, and evolving best practices.
- Translate data and performance insights into clear strategic recommendations, guiding both client and internal teams.
- Support the wider agency in developing its strategic proposition and refining how we approach omni‑channel planning.
- Mentor and develop more junior team members, supporting their growth and career progression.

- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the commercial health of your accounts, managing scopes, budgets, and profitability.
- Maintain a strong commercial acumen; keeping an eye on account commercials, forecasting, and growth potential.
- Track and report on key account metrics both internally and to clients, articulating the value of our work clearly and confidently.

- 5+ years of experience in account management or client leadership within a digital, social, or creative agency environment.
