What you’ll do
- Lead the design process across discovery, prototyping, validation, and final UI
- Partner with research and engineering to ship interfaces that feel inevitable
- Hold the bar on visual + interaction quality across the surfaces you own
- Contribute to the design system — patterns, components, and accessibility
What you need
- Portfolio with shipped work for B2B / SaaS / workflow software
- Strong end-to-end process — research, IA, interaction, and UI
- Fluency with Figma; comfort with design systems
