What you'll do:

  • Own a portfolio of customers — their adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Run business reviews, identify risk early, and drive renewal outcomes
  • Be the loudest internal voice for the customer's actual experience
  • Partner with product on roadmap signal and with sales on expansion

What you need:

  • 3+ years in CS / account management at a B2B SaaS company
  • Comfortable owning renewals, expansions, and risk conversations
