Starts with a paid 3-day trial in office - real calls, real coaching - then a keep decision on day 3 and your regular schedule begins immediately. In-office role with a set schedule. We provide the verified lead queue, in-dialer scripts, demo-booking flow, and a training account to practice on before you go live. You can switch to the pure 20% Direct Commission track (remote) later with one week's notice - no new trial.
Responsibilities
- Work your pre-verified lead queue in the CEDX portal dialer on a set schedule
- Pitch owners and decision-makers using the in-dialer Battle Card scripts
- Book and run Zoom demos (one-click Calendly flow built into the dialer)
- Close deals and log every call outcome in the portal
- Train in person and level up to bigger commission tiers
Requirements
- Fluent, confident English on the phone
- Able to work in office on a set schedule
- Coachable - you\'ll get live feedback during the paid 3-day trial
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not required
