About the Role
Our client (a multinational property business) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workday Financials Systems Manager to join a growing Workday Competence Centre team. In this role, you will provide operational support for Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning, ensuring the system runs smoothly for users across the Finance and P2P teams. You will act as a key point of contact for colleagues across the business, building strong relationships to help resolve system-related queries and improve user experience. This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in Workday while contributing to ongoing system enhancements and expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday Finance, resolving tickets and system issues.
- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Administer and maintain Workday Finance configurations and integrations.
- Document system processes, configurations, and changes thoroughly.
- Support ongoing optimisation and roll-out of Workday features across the business.
- Deliver user guidance and training to ensure successful adoption of system updates.
- Ensure data security best practices are applied within the system.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience supporting Workday.
- Strong understanding of finance systems and business processes.
- Experience in system administration, configuration, and optimisation.
- Familiarity with data security and access control within Workday.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Quick to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in an international and/or property sector context is desirable.
