It’s a perfect balance: large enough to tackle high-profile, complex cases, yet small enough for you to take ownership and lead on impactful projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of cases from client onboarding to settlement, supporting individuals and businesses through challenging tax disputes.
- Draft detailed reports and correspondence for HMRC, with computational aspects supported by senior colleagues.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored advice and quotes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Contribute to technical materials and marketing initiatives, such as blogs or website updates.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maximising cross-selling opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll have significant UK tax dispute experience, either from a corporate tax or personal tax perspective. A professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIOT) or background as an HM Inspector of Taxes is ideal but not essential.
