We are looking for proactive, commercial minded Quantity Surveyors who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You’ll be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams, while keeping a clear focus on budgets, risks, and commercial outcomes. The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of commercial management across diverse infrastructure programmes, ensuring costs are controlled, risks are mitigated, and projects are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work on-site and in the London office, supporting teams across design, procurement, and delivery, using NEC contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial risks on complex projects
  • Deliver cost control and commercial reporting across rail, power, and infrastructure programmes
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet financial and operational targets
  • Work on-site across London and/or in the office near St Paul’s (3 days per week)

Requirements

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical/electrical or multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
  • Strong NEC contract knowledge and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects during design and delivery phases
