An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR/OD Business Partner to join a large, complex and highly respected organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme. This is a strategic and high-profile role where you will work at the heart of a major organisational change initiative, supporting leaders through transformation, driving consistency in people practices and developing leadership capability across multiple business areas.

As a Senior HR/OD Business Partner, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, partnering with HR colleagues, programme teams and organisational development specialists to deliver complex people and change initiatives. You will provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce change, engagement and employee relations matters while also leading the development and delivery of learning and development interventions that support leaders and managers through periods of change.
