A globally recognised, rapid‐paced multi‐site Entertainment business is seeking a highly commercial Senior Finance Business Partner to support the ongoing growth of a major element of its portfolio.

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the financial performance of this well‐known and immensely popular segment of the group's business. Working closely with senior stakeholders including MD, Ops Director, Head of Sales etc, you will provide expert financial insight, challenge, and guidance to support strategic decision‐making and drive commercial success across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge finance and operations, ensuring financial considerations are embedded into key business initiatives.

This is an exciting commercial finance role within a fast‐paced, meritocratic environment where results are rewarded with career progression and opportunities evident across the business. Required background:
  • Qualified Accountant with demonstrable experience of partnering commercial stakeholders and driving tangible top and bottom‐line growth
  • An impressive Commercial Finance background with transparent evidence of adding significant value in a revenue focused role
  • Experience of leveraging technology/BI tools to deliver insights
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever evolving and growing international business
  • Experience in Consumer/Retail/B2C is an advantage but not essential
