We\βre recruiting experienced Quantity Surveyors, Senior QSs, and Commercial Managers to join established subcontractors working on high-value packages across rail systems, power infrastructure, and M&E.
These permanent roles offer long-term stability and the chance to work on some of the UK\βs most complex infrastructure projects.
π οΈ What You\βll Be Doing:

Managing NEC3/NEC4 Option C contracts and commercial activities
-
Preparing and managing compensation events, entitlement assessments, and contract administration
-
Supporting cost forecasting, commercial reporting, and financial controls
-
Collaborating with Tier 1 clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to deliver projects on budget
-
Assisting with value engineering, cost management, and risk mitigation
-
Providing commercial advice and guidance to project teams and junior colleagues
β What We\βre Looking For:
-
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
-
Experience working for subcontractors delivering into Tier 1s on major infrastructure projects
-
Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, especially Option C
-
Commercially astute with solid experience in cost forecasting, reporting, and contract management

Experience within rail systems, power (HV/LV), or M&E sectors preferred
-
Confident communicator with good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience with claims or dispute resolution is a plus
