Location: London Hybrid - 3 days in office Permanent Experience required CRM Product Manager Cedar are partnering with a leading professional services organisation looking for a CRM Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of its core CRM and marketing automation platforms.
You'll lead a small team and work closely with BD, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Architecture to improve CRM adoption, data quality, automation and the overall client journey.
Key responsibilities Own the CRM product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
Lead and develop a small CRM platform team.
Drive adoption, user experience and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for automation, AI and improved client journeys.
