Cedar are supporting a Management Consultancy, based in Hertfordshire, who are on the look for a Procurement Manager - IT. This is a permanent job opportunity that will be a mixture of home and office based (expectation for 1 day per week in the office) offering a salary of £50,000 up to £60,000 plus a range of benefits which includes Car Allowance (£5,400).
The successful candidate will report in to the Head of Procurement and will work with key stakeholders in the business to develop procurement strategy, run end to end procurement activities and manage key suppliers to ensure service delivery and value for money is continually achieved.
Candidates applying for this role MUST HAVE:
- Ideally MCIPS qualified or working towards MCIPS qualification
- Strong background working in a role covering Procurement, Vendor Management and/or Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong background/understanding within the IT and Digital category covering ITSM, CRM, AI would be advantageous
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills - required both for internal and external engagements
Please note this role will require you to hold/undergo SC Clearance - therefore candidates applying must hold or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance in order to be considered for this position.
