I'm currently looking for a driven and collaborative Procurement Excellence professional to help shape and elevate procurement practices across a global supply chain organisation.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance procurement strategies, streamline processes, and support ongoing transformation initiatives. You'll help embed operational consistency, promote best practices, and enable long-term value through innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of procurement processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across global teams.
- Drive initiatives to improve supplier performance, sustainability, and risk management.
- Work across functions to introduce tools and approaches that enhance visibility, compliance, and efficiency.
- Provide training, resources, and guidance to up skill teams and support procurement maturity.
- Lead or contribute to projects that improve procurement capabilities and deliver operational value.
- Act as a key contact for promoting collaboration, standardisation, and process excellence within procurement.

- Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.
- Ability to work across functions and geographies to support change and improvement initiatives.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at different levels.

Preferred Background
- Experience in a procurement excellence, operations, or transformation-related role.
