  • Manage a portfolio of client payrolls (around 1000 headcount).

  • Ensure compliance with PAYE and NIC legislation.

  • Accurately enter starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances into the Payroll database.

  • Calculate mid-month leavers’ pay and statutory payments.

  • Process P45 forms and distribute payslips.

  • Run payroll reports and ensure timely salary payments.

  • Upload FPS and EPS reports to HMRC.

  • Maintain payroll software proficiency.

  • Respond to client payroll queries promptly.
