Cedar are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with strong Oracle Fusion HCM design expertise to support our clients' HR transformation initiatives and support a wider programme implementation. The ideal candidate will take the lead in designing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring they align with organisational goals and HR best practices. This is a 6 month contract position with a view to extend, offers hybrid working and will report into the HR Director, based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation, and others as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into system design specifications.
- Work closely with the selected system integrator, providing support as well critical analysis of design.
- Carry out system configuration, testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Fusion HCM best practice and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
- Produce functional documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system security across the HCM platform.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with HR systems, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and deploying Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and UK employment practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) desirable.
