  • Support oversight of outsourced providers and third-party suppliers to ensure operational performance and resilience standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, Compliance, Health & Safety, and supplier partners.
  • Provide constructive challenge and support to improve operational outcomes.
  • Produce meaningful operational reporting and resilience insight.
  • Translate operational information and data into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Highlight risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities to support informed decision-making.

You may come from operational resilience, operational risk, governance, operations, supplier assurance, service assurance, or business continuity environments. You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience within operational resilience, operations, risk, assurance, or governance environments.
  • Knowledge of incident management, operational controls, resilience, or business continuity activities.
  • Experience working with outsourced providers or third-party supplier environments.
