Location: Birmingham, 2 days per week on site
Rate: Β£500 to Β£600 per day, inside IR35
Contract: Initial 6 months

An exciting opportunity to support senior leadership at the heart of a major government transformation programme. You will play a key role in governance, executive operations, and oversight of contracts and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive, board, and committee meetings including agendas, papers, minutes, and action tracking
- Support senior leaders with governance, operational, and procedural advice
- Ensure effective governance processes and continuous improvement
- Review and oversee contracts and partnerships, assessing value, risk, and performance
- Work with legal, finance, and procurement on contract changes or exits
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Experience
- Strong background in executive operations, or senior leadership support
- Experience supporting boards or committees
- Excellent drafting and organisational skills
- Experience managing or reviewing contracts or partnerships
Desirable Experience
- Public sector or regulated environment experience
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, or value for money principles
