The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening operational performance, controls, cash collection and processes across a complex, high-volume environment.

The Role

You will take ownership of the end-to-end transactional finance operation, with responsibility for:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of credit control, billing and working capital.
  • A track record of process optimisation, automation or transformation.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and operational governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A commercially minded, data-driven and people-focused leadership style.
  • CICM, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification would be advantageous, as would experience working with ERP and automation platforms.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a PE-backed business in a period of continued growth and transformation, with significant scope to improve processes, develop the team and shape the future operating model of the transactional finance function.
