This is an exciting role for a Head of Indirect Tax working for a well-known technology-based business. You will lead the Group's global indirect tax strategy across multiple business lines. The role is predominantly advisory in nature and includes management responsibility for three direct reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to ensure the consistent implementation of the Group's indirect tax strategy and provide commercially focused indirect tax advice across multiple jurisdictions.
- Design, implement and maintain indirect tax policies, controls and processes tailored to the needs of the Group's various businesses.
- Support acquisitions by participating in tax due diligence, assessing indirect tax risks and developing post-acquisition integration plans.
- Oversee outsourced compliance activities and manage a team of three indirect tax professionals.
- Drive the use of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, enhance controls and streamline indirect tax processes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across finance, legal and operational teams.

The successful candidate will have significant indirect tax experience gained within a large multinational organisation.
