Deal Structuring & Valuation Analyst | Global Media Business | London
An exciting opportunity to join a leading global media business in a high-impact deals role, supporting multimillion-dollar signings, acquisitions and strategic investment decisions.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, legal and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in evaluating opportunities, structuring deals and assessing their financial and commercial potential.
The role:
- Build financial models and valuations, including DCF, IRR and payback analysis.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, assessing returns, risks and commercial assumptions.
- Support deal structuring and negotiate economic frameworks alongside legal and commercial stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform valuation benchmarks.
- Prepare financial analysis and recommendations for senior deal committee reviews.
- Review post-deal performance against initial investment assumptions to inform future decisions.
- Contribute to improving financial modelling processes, templates and analytical tools.
About you:
- Experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate development or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with knowledge of DCF and investment appraisal.
- Good understanding of financial statements and business performance.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in media, entertainment or related industries would be advantageous.
