Capital Accountant - Property Sector
Location: London (Hybrid)
Permanent: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are currently looking for a Capital Accountant to join a leading property company in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to take ownership of fixed asset accounting and play a key role in shaping financial strategy across a growing portfolio.
Day to day duties:
- Lead on all aspects of fixed asset accounting
- Work closely with Asset, Sustainability and Sales teams to provide clear financial insight and reporting.
- Support the Head of Capital with CAPEX and sales programmes.
- Maintain and manage the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring compliance and reporting requirements.
- Responsible for managing and developing an Assistant Accountant
Essential requirements:
- CCAB qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong experience in capital accounting, fixed assets, CAPEX, inventory, and investment reporting
- In depth knowledge of FRS principles and rules
- Excellent Excel skills and Power BI knowledge is desirable
- Confident communicator and trusted advisor to stakeholders
