A newly created Senior International Tax Manager role has arisen within a fast-paced, highly acquisitive software group, offering a purely advisory position on a 6-month basis.


Working closely with the Group Tax Director, you will provide UK and International tax advisory input into the M&A process, manage cross-border tax risks, restructuring and ensure compliance with global transfer pricing regulations.


Specific responsibilities include:



  • Partner with the business to deliver strategic tax advice across M&A, restructuring, and investment transactions.

  • Develop and implement international tax strategies that drive efficiency, identify opportunities, and mitigate tax risk.

  • Advise on tax implications of entering new jurisdictions.

  • Oversee and enhance the group's transfer pricing policies and documentation.


This is an advisory based role that will be for 6 months initially. It's a broad, commercial role that will stretch Group wide across all jurisdictions. The client is looking for someone who can start in November or December. They are very flexible with office presence, although ideally looking for someone to be in the office twice a week where possible.
