The Role
- Act as the lead finance business partner to the Marketing leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Own and manage a substantial Marketing & Advertising spend, ensuring rigorous reporting and forecasting.
- Assess Marketing effectiveness, challenging spend decisions and driving return on investment.
- Lead on planning and forecasting processes, aligning marketing investments with business objectives and campaign strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting quality, streamline manual workflows, and enhance the efficiency of finance processes.
Your Profile
- A formal accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with 5+ years post-qualified experience.
- Proven expertise within Commercial Finance, with previous exposure partnering Marketing, Commercial or Creative teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and hold them accountable.
- Experience managing large-scale P&L budgets and delivering actionable insights.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a keen eye for improving processes and systems.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
