Cedar are supporting a Public Sector client based in Manchester who are looking to hire an Interim Procurement Officer – ICT. This role will operate INSIDE IR35 offering a day rate up to £240 max. and will run initially until the end of August 2025 with a potential to extend until the end of March 2026. This role will also operate on a hybrid working basis with the expectation to the be in the office in Manchester c1-2 days per month (potentially more when required for key meetings). The successful candidate will report into the Procurement Manager and will support managing a range of activities in the tender process for requirements relating to IT Goods and Services. Candidates applying MUST HAVE: Experience of working in a similar role in the UK Public Sector marketplace – this is a key requirement, candidates without this experience will not be considered Working knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Regulations Experience procuring for ICT Goods and/or Services is required
