We are exclusively partnering with a high-growth digital subscription business to appoint an experienced Head of Operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for operational strategy, content and platform operations, data and reporting, third-party supplier management, governance, and operational excellence. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will drive scalable processes, optimise workflows, enhance data-led decision making, and ensure the business is well positioned for its next phase of growth.
Key requirements:
- Senior operations leadership experience within streaming, digital media, broadcast or a comparable digital content environment.
- Strong understanding of digital content workflows, platform operations and operational delivery.
- Experience managing external technology and service partners.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong data, process improvement and operational governance experience.
- Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and digital media operations is advantageous.
