This is a pivotal leadership role, partnering with executive and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people strategies that support organisational objectives, workforce transformation and long-term success.
Leading a team of HR Business Partners, you will play a key role in driving workforce planning, talent management, engagement, organisational development, inclusion and change initiatives across a diverse and complex environment.
Role requirements:- Develop and implement people strategies aligned to organisational priorities and long-term objectives.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders on complex people matters, organisational change and workforce planning.
- Lead initiatives focused on attraction, retention, succession planning and talent development.
- Use workforce data and HR analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

- A CIPD qualification or equivalent senior HR experience.

- Experience of workforce planning, succession planning and talent management.
- Proven success in improving employee engagement, retention and organisational performance.
- Experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.
