Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Systems to join their senior management team. This critical role offers the opportunity to drive transformation, lead strategic projects, and collaborate across multiple geographies and business functions.
The Role
As the Head of Finance Systems, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and take ownership of the ERP application suite and the Business-to-Business (B2B) ecosystems. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals and collaborate with third-party providers to deliver impactful solutions that align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- ERP Applications Management: Oversee the development, improvement, and support of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with Finance and other business units.
- B2B Ecosystem Leadership: Manage a portfolio of critical applications, driving roadmap execution, vendor management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Strategic Projects: Lead major initiatives such as ERP process rationalization, supply chain optimization, and B2B project planning and execution.

Essential Experience:
- Leadership:
- Senior technology leadership experience.
- Proven track record in stakeholder, team, and vendor management across diverse and distributed teams.
- Experience managing budgets and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Technology:
- 10+ years in Tier-1 ERP solutions, including at least 5+ years with Microsoft D365-F&O/AX.
- Hands-on expertise in D365-F&O for 2+ years (functional or techno-functional).
- Public cloud experience (2+ years).
- Strong background in B2B/B2C processes and systems.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Sales & Logistics processes.
Desirable Experience:
- Certifications in D365-F&O.
- Knowledge of licensing and subscription models for SaaS products.
- Agile/Waterfall project management expertise.
- Supply chain and general B2B process experience.
- A background in both technology and finance will be advantageous.
