Job Description
This ambitious, fast-growing tech company is hiring a Group Tax Manager for the first time. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an experienced tax professional to join the finance team and take full ownership of tax matters across multiple international territories.
This is a greenfield opportunity with significant scope for the role to evolve. You'll be building processes from the ground up with a hands-on approach, while also influencing strategy and providing commercial advice.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage corporate tax compliance in the UK and internationally, working with both internal teams and external providers
- Oversee VAT compliance as well as R&D claims, employment taxes, and transfer pricing obligations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all tax matters, providing clear, commercially focused advice to senior management
- Establish and improve processes to ensure efficient, compliant tax operations across the group
