This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation operating across the UK and Europe. The business is experiencing significant growth and requires a commercially minded finance leader to oversee and enhance its transactional finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the end-to-end finance operations function, leading a team across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, banking and cash management, while driving process improvements, automation and operational excellence. This role would suit a qualified finance professional who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology and building scalable finance operations within a growing business. Key Responsibilities Finance Operations Lead the day-to-day transactional finance function, overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing and banking activities. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across multiple entities and locations. Oversee cash allocation, bank reconciliations and cash management processes. Manage supplier payment runs and working capital processes. Drive strong credit control and cash collection activities. Support month-end close by ensuring reconciliations are completed accurately and on time. Maintain robust financial controls and balance sheet integrity across operational finance.
