Treasury Manager
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Treasury Manager to lead and develop a modern Group Treasury function within an international organisation.
You will take ownership of global treasury activities, including cash and liquidity management, FX, financing, banking relationships and financial risk , while providing strategic insight to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead treasury strategy, policies, controls and governance.
- Own global cash management and cash-flow forecasting.
- Manage debt, financing facilities, covenants and refinancing.
- Oversee FX, interest rate, counterparty and liquidity risk.
- Build strong relationships with banks and treasury providers.
- Drive automation, technology and process improvements.
- Improve reporting and visibility of cash and financial risk.
- Partner with international finance teams and senior stakeholders.
About You
You will be an experienced treasury professional with:
- Significant treasury and treasury risk management experience.
- Strong cash-flow forecasting and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with banking relationships, debt and FX.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical and commercial capability.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of delivery.
- Relevant degree-level and/or treasury qualifications.
