We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic and fast‑paced finance team based in Central London. This role will suit a proactive and commercially minded individual with experience managing high‑volume and high‑value ledgers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume, high-value sales ledger
- Chasing outstanding debt via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Resolving complex queries efficiently and professionally
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting process improvement and finance transformation initiatives
- Producing regular reports and maintaining accurate records
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Credit Control, ideally within a high-volume environment
- Experience within Property or similar would be advantageous
- Experience in finance transformation or process improvement projects (desirable)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience using SAP Business ByDesign and Salesforce (advantageous)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance detail and strategic thinking
- Experience within multi‑site organisations; property sector experience preferred
