With a mission to support communities and enable innovation across the financial landscape, they are looking for an exceptional Head of Change to lead enterprise-wide transformation and shape the future of how change is delivered across the organisation.
This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of a dynamic, purpose-driven business. You will be responsible for developing and embedding a consistent Change Framework across the organisation ensuring that every programme and initiative is well-governed, strategically aligned, and delivers real value.
You will partner closely with senior leadership, providing clear oversight of a diverse change portfolio spanning technology, process, and business transformation. As the voice of structured change, you will establish governance standards, embed assurance frameworks, and bring visibility and discipline to how projects are delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of a company-wide change and transformation framework.
- Partner with the executive team to prioritise and deliver strategic initiatives that enable innovation and growth.
- Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring progress against time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Build and nurture a high-performing change team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights through regular programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Champion business readiness ensuring teams, systems, and processes are fully prepared for transformation.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation, and innovation.
You are an experienced change leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. You know how to balance structure with flexibility, and you bring both strategic perspective and hands-on delivery experience.
You will bring:
- Proven experience setting up change frameworks across the business.
- Proven experience leading enterprise change programmes across multiple disciplines.
- Strong understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills from ExCo to Board level.
- Experience developing governance frameworks, process mapping, and assurance controls.
- A track record of embedding continuous improvement and automation to enhance delivery.
- The ability to lead with empathy, build trust, and inspire teams to perform at their best.
