Cedar is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO, Board and private equity investors to lead the next phase of growth. You will shape the financial architecture, drive value through acquisitions and build scalable FP&A, reporting and controls across a multi-entity group.

Working with the investors, you will oversee due diligence, integration planning and post-deal delivery, while leading the ERP implementation and enhanced treasury and governance processes to support.
